Wind Song Acres wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. We strive to offer our customers a high quality product. If you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase, simply return your unused merchandise in its original packaging to us within 10 days and we will happily exchange it for store credit. Do to the nature of our product, we can not accept returns of used products. All damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of package. We do not refund shipping fees. All sales on custom orders are final.
