Pulling our Spring 2025 Honey, it is a wild flower honey. Light and sweet with smaller crystals.

Fall 2024, available now, is a little darker and mostly golden rod honey. It is sweet with very mild molases or brown sugar notes. More likely to crystalizes.

Crystalization is normal for Raw Honey, you can gently heat it in warm water or the microwave to make it smooth again.
